These general terms and conditions apply to all orders and transactions placed via the webshop of Elixé Honey are done. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Product information
Elixé Honey strives to display all product information as accurately as possible. However, colours, packaging and weights may differ slightly from the images on the website. All honey is a natural product and may vary slightly in composition and taste.
3. Prices and Payment

All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Payments can be made via the available payment methods in the webshop.

Elixé Honey reserves the right to change prices and discounts at any time.
4. Orders and Delivery

After placing an order, the customer will receive a confirmation email.

Orders are typically shipped within [x] business days. Elixé Honey is not responsible for carrier delays.

Deliveries will be made to the address provided by the customer. Incorrect address details are the responsibility of the customer.

If a product is out of stock, the customer will be notified and offered an alternative or refund.
5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, provided that the seal of the product has not been broken.

If the honey jar is opened or damaged, it cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

Return costs are at the expense of the customer, unless there is an error by Elixé Honey.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the return shipment.
6. Warranty and Complaints

Elixé Honey guarantees that the products meet the specified quality requirements.

If a product arrives defective or damaged, the customer must report this within 48 hours of receipt via Info@elixehoney.com .

Complaints will be handled within a reasonable period of time.
7. Liability

Elixé Honey is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect use of the products.

Elixé Honey is not responsible for delays or errors by delivery services.

The maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

9. Force majeur

Elixé Honey is not liable for delays or damages caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, or technical failures.

Disputes are preferably resolved in consultation. If this does not work, disputes can be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
