At Elixé we believe that good honey deserves careful and sustainable shipping. That is why we package our honey and bee products with the utmost care, using environmentally friendly materials. Your order will then be shipped quickly and reliably via PostNL within the Benelux.
Choose how and where you receive your order
In our webshop you are in control of the delivery. Choose to have your package delivered to your home, or have it delivered to a PostNL point in your area. Handy if you are not at home or if it is more convenient to pick up your order at a later time.
Fast delivery
At Elixé honey we process orders every working day before 3:00 PM. This means that under normal circumstances your order will be delivered to your home or chosen collection point the next working day. Keep an eye on the Track & Trace code to know exactly when your package will arrive.
During checkout you will usually see an indication of the expected delivery date. Please note: this is a guideline. Delays may occur around busy periods such as holidays or Black Friday. Please take this into account!
Sustainable packaging
We like to contribute to a better environment. That is why we use new boxes with the FSC quality mark for our packaging, which guarantees that the cardboard comes from responsibly managed forests. As filling material we use natural wood wool, a sustainable and environmentally friendly choice.

Do not deliver to neighbors
If you choose this option, your package will only be delivered to your home. Are you not at home? Then the package will be taken to a PostNL point, where you can pick it up at a later time. -
Evening delivery
Always busy during the day? No problem! With our evening delivery option, your order will be delivered after 6:00 PM. Please note: this is not a same-day delivery, so your order will not be delivered the same evening.
Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to track exactly where your package is and when it will be delivered. So you always know where you stand!
Fair prices and shipping costs
We offer our honey and bee products at a fair price. To remain competitive, we ask for a small contribution for shipping costs. This ensures that we can continue to guarantee our high quality and sustainable packaging.
What if something goes wrong?
