My order does not meet expectations, can I return it?
We strive to offer only the best quality products. However, it can happen that an order does not fully meet your expectations. We send thousands of packages with carefully selected products every year, but because everything is packed by hand, an error can occasionally occur.
Good to know: you can return your order!
Yes, you read that right. Under certain conditions, you can return the products you ordered. Below, we explain how this works and what you should pay attention to.
Returning products
If you want to return one or more products, it is important that you pack them carefully. Make sure that the product reaches us in good condition, as the return shipment is always at your own risk.
Received the wrong product?
Did you receive the wrong product? Don't panic, it can happen! Our packers do their utmost, but occasionally a mistake can creep in. If you have received the wrong product, you can return it free of charge. We will then immediately send you the correct product or refund the purchase price as soon as we have received the product in good condition.

Different than expected?
Sometimes a product looks a little different in the photo or in the description than you expected. Understandable! If you want to return the product, this is possible in some cases. Because we work with food, specific conditions apply:
- In case of spoilage: If the product has spoiled within the shelf life and you have stored it under the right conditions, you can return it free of charge.
- Unopened products: If the product is unopened and you make a return notification within 7 days of receipt, we may accept it in some cases. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of opened products.
Please note: if you return a product because it does not meet your expectations, the shipping costs and risk are at your own expense.

Damage during transport?
There is nothing more annoying than receiving a damaged package. If your package has been damaged during transport, you usually do not have to return it. We ensure that the damage is compensated in a fair way.
What to do in case of damage?
- Take photos of the damage and the undamaged products.
- Take a picture of the shipping box with the label and barcode.
- Rinse undamaged products with lukewarm water.
- Please send the photos to our customer service within 2 days of receipt, together with the order number.
Our customer service will propose a suitable solution as soon as possible.
